<br> 节目录制的辛苦自不必说，每一季开始前提前20天准备都是标配。有时候，难以预计的意外才最折磨人。节目编导曹毅立表示：“最杨采妮的蜂蜜美白方法崩溃的就是找选手，有时哪些食物有天然的止痛作用候原本都已经敲定了，提前两三周说来不了，那个时候最崩溃。”而为了不“开天窗”，最赶的时候，临时更换一名选手甚至只用了两天，“那个时候就是满世界地找，无论如何总要录下去。”<br>
